Goal (Long):
I want to be fit not ripped...I want to be able to kill the cardio machines like I used to and also look good in any clothes no matter how clingy...I wanna turn heads, preferrably female ones...I want guys to come up to me for advice in the gym like they used to...
Have you seen The Rock @ about 255 when he began his foray into films....I wanna be just like that big, strong, lean(not ripped or shredded) and attractive as a large man.
Well, I am not losing that much now, more like a pound a week or so. Plus my first weigh in was on a different scale so it could have been off. At any rate I am eating plenty of calories and the last thing I want is to lose muscle if I can help it. Thanks for the concern, I will give it another couple months with my current cutting routine and if I notice decreased strength and that sort of thing I will definitely make changes.
It actually depends on how motivated (or lazy) I am during the week. There are some weeks where I do zero cardio, but still maintain my weight. My physique is mainly from genetics though, with a fast metabolism too.
