hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
Yeah my weight stays around 150-155. I do HIIT on the elliptical or treadmill. I work 12 hour mids so I have been doing it before I get off. And my eating isn't the best either. I am taking my sups and trying to keep up with 6 meals a day but sometimes I might miss one or have a few snacks here and there. I want to drop about 5% BF. That's why I have been pushing more cardio. Hope it starts working sometime soon.
Right now just trying to eat clean and hitting cardio a little harder. I either run or hit the eliptical in the morning before I get off. Then sleep and hit the gym when i get up for weight training. I need to calculate my eating. How is your training going? You gained 9 lbs in 2 weeks? Wow. Wish I could.
