How I Started:
Ran track all through out high school and college. Took 8 yrs off and did nothing. Recently went through a divorce and needed to do something to reenergize my life and give myself new goals and self worth. Was living my life wondering why everything was happening to me. A very special friend gave me a verbal beat down about the “poor me” attitude and it opened up my eyes to everything. Best motivational speech ever. "PP"
Why I Love It:
It starts out as a hobby and slowly becomes a lifestyle. 2 hrs a day with your headphones on and you can be in your own world and let all the stress of your life outside!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's 2 fold. Matthew Mchonahay phrased it best. "It makes me fell good but it also makes me look good in the mirror"
