How I Started:
I started to read oxygen mags and tried random diets. Until I met the wonderful Theresa Hendricks and got introduce to the awesome Mike Davies (fitness Factory) and then I got Hooked!
Why I Love It:
where do I start...To release stress..yes ladies we too can "lift" and "release"! It is totally 100% of "ME" time and I rejuvenate every time....
How I Stay Motivated:
My progress has kept me motivated... I can say that I've never had a flat stomach ever in my life..!!!Eating clean throughout the day motivates me to work out hard... at the end I know my body is sooo ready to train...it is all worth it ...
BB Accomplishments:
My Flat, Flat abs...and my almost ripped arms for now...amazing!
