Good progress. yeah things are going well for me, my weights going up nicely, and it's fairly clean too. I'm changed from 10-12 reps to 8 reps with a heavier load. Feels good lifting that bit more. I'm was at 173 lbs now was at 166 just about 5 weeks ago ago. I'm gonna be huge in no time! haha! Dono if I asked u before, but have u got a weight goal? talk soon!

well done on the weight loss, thats seriously impressive! how man lbs in total did you loose? now its time to start lifting cleaver to get some more muscle on youre body. that is, if ur goal is to put on more muscle! Keep it up buddy.
Getting the strong shoulders, solid definition on biceps/triceps, thick back and solid chest. A bit more size and definition and some extra work on lats and you'll have quite the physique. Andre
