Clean, Natural, Fresh, Think of your food as coming from the ground, in the water or in the sky :)

Drink a Gallon of Water Throughout the Day

Breakfast: 4 Egg whites+ one whole Egg cooked in Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

                1/2 cup oatmeal (cook with desired amount of water)

                 Coffee,  Black!

                 Youngevity's Beyond Tangy Tangerine Powder(multivitamin) with Water *sipped throughout the day*

    

Snack:   1 scoop of Whey Protein

              1tbsp of Peanut Butter

 

Lunch: 4oz Chicken Breast  (skinless)

           3oz Sweet potato

           1 cup Green Veggies

 

Snack:  4oz white Fish

             1/2 cup Brown Rice

             1 Cup green veggies

 

Dinner:  4oz Lean red meat

            as much green veggies as you want

 

Before Bed:  1 scoop Casein Protein Powder with Water

Take Calcium& Vit D supplement and a ZMA (Zinc Magnesium Aspartate)

Natural

I take 1000 mg of Calcium a day as well as 500 mg of vitamin D.

CoQ10 is a great anti ager and cardio protector.

I include healthy oils such as Flax Seed Oil (capsule format), Fish Oil ( again I take it in capsule format), Extra Virgin Coconut Oil ( in liquid), and Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( liquid ). 

Avocado is another great source for Healthy Fats, along with olives, Nuts in moderation.

 

Protein sources from chicken, turkey, beef, eggs, bison,

Whey Protein Isolate and current flavour milk chocolate Yum!

ngbuilder Hi Zarah, Thx a lot for accepting my invite and your answer. I currently do exactly the same; adjust my waeights and add a killer HIIT at the end. And I agree, $15 per session and the you have to waste time looking at a gym you never going to join: not woth it. BTW, can I send you a friend request on FB. MadeInBrazilV Zarah dear,thank you so much for taking the time to explain all that to me!Yes I do train fast paced Body weight class(super fast paaced)+spin which you know.Last night was 1400 cal burnt.I really thought that,once we have the darn fat in our body,it naturally burns that.How come it doesnt?!LOL I do my own diet low sugar,low carb,and its fairly good,but I will check that link you sent me.I am also taking glutamine and plus the Protein Isolate shake/bcaa's in it,after workouts.I also take GABA. guest Thanks for all your tips! I do most of the things you say - I do HIIT workouts, I lift weights, I know that abs are made in the kitchen so concentrate on eating clean... I am concentrating now on adding more calories and more protein, and I do supplement with omega 3s (that is what you meant by EFAs, right?) Apr 18, 2013 12:36pm
