Drink a Gallon of Water Throughout the Day
Breakfast: 4 Egg whites+ one whole Egg cooked in Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 cup oatmeal (cook with desired amount of water)
Coffee, Black!
Youngevity's Beyond Tangy Tangerine Powder(multivitamin) with Water *sipped throughout the day*
Snack: 1 scoop of Whey Protein
1tbsp of Peanut Butter
Lunch: 4oz Chicken Breast (skinless)
3oz Sweet potato
1 cup Green Veggies
Snack: 4oz white Fish
1/2 cup Brown Rice
1 Cup green veggies
Dinner: 4oz Lean red meat
as much green veggies as you want
Before Bed: 1 scoop Casein Protein Powder with Water
Take Calcium& Vit D supplement and a ZMA (Zinc Magnesium Aspartate)

I take 1000 mg of Calcium a day as well as 500 mg of vitamin D.
CoQ10 is a great anti ager and cardio protector.
I include healthy oils such as Flax Seed Oil (capsule format), Fish Oil ( again I take it in capsule format), Extra Virgin Coconut Oil ( in liquid), and Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( liquid ).
Avocado is another great source for Healthy Fats, along with olives, Nuts in moderation.
Protein sources from chicken, turkey, beef, eggs, bison,
Whey Protein Isolate and current flavour milk chocolate Yum!
