Dude! whats going on! Im up to the usual stuff....school, girlfriend, and gym. You'll be proud though, I've got a team together for competitions. Theres about 7 of us at the moment and we're all going to do the NPC show in providence this April, can't wait. Personally I'm at 255 and strong, and I'm still coming for you, I've got to knock you off your pedistal.

glutamine is always a good supplement to take. It'll increase recovery time so you can get more out of the next days workout. Its a very important part of your muscle cells. I dont beleive the other claims you sometimes see, like increase growth hormone and such. But as far as muscle recovery its a godsend. To me its a must, and its cheap which is always good when it comes to supplements. I would definately recommend any weight trainer to use it.

sorry bro, i should have been more specific...40% of your calories come from protein, 30% from carbs, and 30% from fat...I'm going to blog my diet from the past show on my profile so it'll hopefully answer all your questions.

Hey Chuck, to lower my bodyfat it was all diet and some cardio. My training was the same..(lift 5 days/week) but to start losing fat I started a 12 week program. I first cut my calories to 2500 with a 40/30/30 ratio and i did cardio for 45 minutes a day. This worked good at first but I needed to really lean up so i cut calories to 2000 and did cardio twice a day for 40 minutes each

2 days out!! You may be the king of the hill right now, and there are people training hard to beat you and some may be hungrier than you for the win, but like Arnold said- "He may not be as hungry, but when he wants the food its there." Go get 'em Tim.

Wow Tim, you've been shredded for months now, how do you stay so lean for so long without burning out? Please tell me you get a good week of cheat days before that show in July. And congrats on the June 2nd Overall. I saw you back stage on the 5th, it was awesome, you looked great man.

Hey Layne, I know you've heard this before, but I self trained to compete in shows and recently (May 12th) I did an NPC show in NH and took your advice for the precontest. Worked out great bro. I'd feel guilty if i didn't thank you. -Brett Azar

Hey I just joined yesterday and your seem to be the most popular person on the site so I thought I'd follow suit and give a shout out. Do you compete or model, sorry for being naiive, but your accomplishments are outstanding. If your ever in the mood to give free advice feel free to throw something at me, and again congrats
