How I Started:
Was always an athlete in highschool, would lift for football and such. Then I would only be on the sports teams to lift. I fell in love with it. I came to college and became a total gym rat my freshman year. But eventually I got bored of just lifting. I'm an extremest, so I figured the most extreme thing I could do with this is Bodybuild, and I haven't and will never look back.

Knowing theres always someone bigger. Mirrors. Seriously, I stay motivated by being able to recognize my body's weaknessess and improving upon them one workout at a time.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
EVAN CENTOPANI IS MY FAVORITE BODYBUILDER. Kevin Levrone was amazing but so under rated. He had no freak factor, Phil Heath and Victor are my top two right now. But no one can compare with Kai Greene'...more

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt specifics advice critique all welcome Thanks Marc
