I love seeing the results of my hard work. Not only that, i love when people comment on either how ripped i get or how much bigger my arms have gotten. I mean compared to alot of people im not that ripped, but for myself i am.

Overall i want to trim down.
Goal (Long):
My ideal goal is to lose fat and still gain more muscle, or, lose the fat and then while staying trim throw on the muscle. Ive been lifting for 5/6 years so i have a good idea of how my body works and what i need to do. The problem is i used to be REALLY chubby when i was younger and so now unfortunatly i have the muscle but still have the scar tissue, especially on my pecs. I'd love to be able to compete in a year or two just for the fun of it. I want to get down to 180/185 and then put solid muscle mass on while keeping the fat off.
