I love seeing the results of my hard work. Not only that, i love when people comment on either how ripped i get or how much bigger my arms have gotten. I mean compared to alot of people im not that ripped, but for myself i am.

zapneylonchanged Weight from 196 lbs. to 193 lbs., a 3 lb. loss in 122 days
My ideal goal is to lose fat and still gain more muscle, or, lose the fat and then while staying trim throw on the muscle. Ive been lifting for 5/6 years so i have a good idea of how my body works and what i need to do. The problem is i used to be REALLY chubby when i was younger and so now unfortunatly i have the muscle but still have the scar tissue, especially on my pecs. I'd love to be able to compete in a year or two just for the fun of it.
I want to get down to 180/185 and then put solid muscle mass on while keeping the fat off.
