How I Started:
I used to run track! You too huh! That lead to me dancing....but overall..my mindset was fitness...fighting against the potential to get fat....the fat that sticks..and make you flabby. I used to hit the gym on occasion..and now I'm making it my regular thing. I'm so passionate about lifting weights...its a bummer when the gym is closed...that's when I get creative at home!
Why I Love It:
It's great mental exercise.....and I want to maximize the physique that God has given me. Praise him through fitness!
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking profiles..and see where I could be...watching others at the gym...getting great advice from my coach! I'm motivated because I already see myself on stage...When it manifest...I will be blown away..and so grateful! I did it!
BB Accomplishments:
It's time to shift! I want to compete! Transform my fat tissue into lean muscle...totally leaned out..with a little bulk! I want to take my body to the Max..and compete by the end of the year! This goal..I want to STICK with..so I'm gonna pray about it...and focus my energy on this current transformation. ~"I can do ALL THINGS through Christ"...now watch me work!!!!!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

I"m changing up the diet...looking into eating smart.  Starchy carbs & complex carbs!  More whole grains, brown rice, whole wheat....uh I'm sucking up the fact that I've gone away from tuna..but I'm back!  I'm also going slow on the fruits....more veggies!   Lets see...

Holy crap! You are vascular! It's great isn't it? Especially after the post workout grapefruit--I've got pipes its so crazy! Those are some crazy striations and veins--I think that's why I like working chest prob. the most--because I'm striated and vascular afterwords! Good luck with all your goals girl!
