What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Trying to eat 5 meals a day and staying in between 1250-1500 calories a day with a ratio of 60% protein, 30% carbs, and 10% fat. Been a big learning process for me; so I am sure I will be tweaking die...more
