Hey all made a new purchase today. The Avanti 4 Way Tower offers a variety of exercises including: Chin ups, Dips, Push ups and Knee Raises. Checked out all the fitness shops pricing around $300-$400 bucks. So searched ebay and found a new one for $100 buck

thanks man! just doing a 3 day split, so usually shoulders and bi's on monday, chest and tri's on wednesday and back and legs friday, and usually do abs aswell each time i go. hope trainings goin good mate!
