I became sick of looking and feeling weak. Needed dedication to something constructive in my life.
Why I Love It:
Working out is time solely dedicated to yourself. You answer to nobody when lifting. Rids the mind of anger and clarifies thinking.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of all he time I spent living an unhealthy life and where that got me.
BB Accomplishments:
Started at 155 lbs. of weakness and have managed to build up to a solid 202 lbs. since October 2007.
