Here is the plan today; DB overhead press 2x4-6 Standing side laterals rear laterals db shrugs all 2x4-6 floor ext 3x5-7 kickbacks 2x5-7 that's it Max OT style natural guys can't do too much volume and heavy weight good form builds muscle.
