I've noticed most of my gains were when I was doing 3 X 10 lower body. I'm trying that again....forgot how brutal doing squats was for 42 reps (12 warm up). My diet is on. Protein intake is on spot as well. Rockin out around 190-200 grams a day. I stopped doing MMA for the time being and...

puttin on some muscle mass? yeah that's one of the hardest things i've found. You'd be one jacked up dude after a good bulk, i have trouble bulking though since i've got a lot of running to keep up with, everything i eat gets burned off in an hour, so i'm stuck in the mid to high 130's now.

thanks, i'm adicted to deadlifts, squats are my hardest too. There are guys who weigh 70 pounds more than me that i can outbench, but i can't come close to their squats.
