What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Using the preacher curl machine backwards so that my arms are hanging down straight, this way i can really focus on either the inner or outter head
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
They are all about the same, i dont like one armed extensions at all
What calf workout has worked best for you?
3 sets of standing 10 reps, and same of sitting
