How I Started:
My whole family loves to workout. I got the itch my junior year of H.S. and began working out then. I really started training hard my sophomore year of college.
Why I Love It:
Working Out is my stress reliever. I love to go up to the gym, listen to some loud music and throw some weight around.

Try to hit every muscle group twice a week. Usually do 4 excercises per muscle group, and 3-5 sets. I never do the same workout, always try to mix it up...
