I want to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle in 3 months.
Goal (Long):
I plan on eating my heart out to bulk up. I am currently at 8% body fat and ready to get more meat on my bones. By summer I'd like to be 5%-6% body fat.
I have a friend who has recently cycled on Nitric Oxide and it has helped him gain more muscle. Over winter I attempted to gain more muscle. I used Weight Gainer, and a rigid diet of eating 8 meals a day with 1 gram of protein per lbs, and whole grain carbs, etc. I ended up going from 176 lbs...
Strong swimmers back, muscled with solid lats up to strong shoulders. Profile pic shows the strong thighs and calves associated with the sport. Best of luck on your goals. Andre
Solid lean tightly muscled body. Very good work on shoulders, arms and chest/pecs. Low BF and can certainly see a 6/8 pack on the way. Best of luck with those abs. Andre
