Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle in 3 months.
Goal (Long): I plan on eating my heart out to bulk up. I am currently at 8% body fat and ready to get more meat on my bones. By summer I'd like to be 5%-6% body fat.

I have a friend who has recently cycled on Nitric Oxide and it has helped him gain more muscle. Over winter I attempted to gain more muscle. I used Weight Gainer, and a rigid diet of eating 8 meals a day with 1 gram of protein per lbs, and whole grain carbs, etc. I ended up going from 176 lbs...

Started: Dec 02, 2007
Reason: keep the muscle growing at night.

Reason: trying to gain. I am told it helps pump more nutrients to the muscles.

Solid lean tightly muscled body. Very good work on shoulders, arms and chest/pecs. Low BF and can certainly see a 6/8 pack on the way. Best of luck with those abs. Andre
