How I Started:
I have been working out ever since I was in high school of course. I just continued to workout once out of school.
Why I Love It:
The changes that my body goes through seeing the progress. Also I love the feeling of being healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I like the feeling of being healthy and having my body change daily. Also I need to get leaner cause alot of women don't like fat guys. Yeah needing to look good for my next girlfriend motivates me too.
I just got back into working out again and eating right. It's been about three weeks I started and weighed in at 245. My current weight is 237 so I'm thinking I lost some fat and gained alittle bit of muscle.
So I come and visit my brother in michigan and he decides to take me on a bike ride on a trail. Yeah thought it would be a 5 miles but that turned into 16 miles lol. I got through it but not having rode a bike in like 4 years like that can't walk that well today.
Zack, a great way to reach the shape you want is by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat during the 12-week program. I suggest you give it a look-see and decide what you think. I believe that by using their proven nutrition, weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes that your body will make. Let me know if you wish more info.
Hahaha he just thought they were gross and thought women shouldn't have them LOL...it's ok he is remarried now and happy and out of my hair..and we are still friends so it's ok :)
Welcome. Already lost a few lbs...great. Between the gym and the running it won't take you long to get back into shape. Rough shifts. Did those for years also. Stay motivated and let's see the progress in another few weeks. Out of town visiting family for next four days.Andre
