Ya, switched to sumo to see if I could pull moar and safer. I think it has to do with hips and leverages, ask IronOwl, he'll give you an answer. Hardest part for me is getting my hips involved.

Oh lulz, lemme know how it goes, if I ever go for a ride Im lookin at that one. I do the same, the 405x2 was all back, no leg drive, and my 2nd time pulling sumo. I found I have better form with sumo than conventional.

I was eating 4500 a day to get to 185, back down to 180ish bc of vacation and just maintaining. Probably will be back eating 4500 to get to 190 hopefully. Will do brah.

Ya I went the fat route and gained hella weight eating 4500 cals a day. Great strength gains, but some fat too. Check the link in my sig for my journal.
