What forearm workout has worked best for you?
Dumbbell wrist curls, for as many sets and reps as I can do before I can no longer grip the bar.

I dont even think it was such a big deal tbh... It wasnt her disability that was funny, everyone said they felt horrible for laughing,o but for some reason the music track just struck a funny. Guess racial slurrs, making fun of fat people and third world countries arent controversial enough.

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

Oh i didnt realize you pulled it sumo. Im considering switching over too it too... I always hear people talk about being "built" for sumo deadlifting, do you have any idea what makes someone "built" to pull sumo? Like short arms, strong hips, idk.

Bicycle=cycle. I guess thats teen section crap though lol. Anyway, i hit a 455 rackpull from below the knees and 475 from above it, wtf. I think i need to totally redo my whole deadlift form though, im basically SLDLing the weight up with no leg drive at all.
