How I Started:
I got started lifting back in high school when I was a lifeguard on my town's beach patrol and a competitive swimmer. I wanted an edge and hit the weights...now its my favorite thing to do. When I knew I was heading to West Point, I started working with a trainer who's a friend of mine and he really kicked my ass into shape.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I feel like we only really know who we are when we come face to face with breaking points.
How I Stay Motivated:
My career goals keep me motivated in large part, but mostly it just seems to come from in me.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
After every lifting session I run a 12 minute two mile. It suits my profession to be able to do this, and anything more would hinder my lifting results.

I agree with you! There's only one person I know well who trains. Otherwise.I get lots of support here. Training and cutting are going well..tho its hard...that is one good looking back in your avi!!
