Hey man, I've seen some gains since starting on the controlled labs supps. The white flood gives me a great pump and pretty good energy (not quite on the level of SP250), but the green mag and purple wrath have helped me increase muscle mass and weight. Hopefully it continues. What about you?

Thanks man! Your progress has been great, too! I'll try and remember to email you those pics tonight when I get home from work. Its exciting to see where we've gotten and I can't wait to see how far we can go.

Haha and you need to show me whatever you're doing to get that chest! Definitely trying to get in peak shape, at least by the time baseball season starts. Lets get in and get a great workout this weekend! Gettin SWOLE!
