A buddy of mine was really into it, and I wanted to stay active after playing sports in high school. Dedication has built over time.
Why I Love It:
Its good to wake up and feel healthy. I love the sense of accomplishment after a killer workout. Soreness is the best feeling ever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing others who are better than me. The inner drive to better myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Don't really have one, but I got to the 300 lbs bench club, so that was a nice powerlifting accomplishment.

I work in baseball and throughout the summer its hard to find time to get to the gym working 15 hour days. So this is after a few months of inconsistent lifting.
Dude you have no plateau. Your progress is coming along great and if you keep training hard like this, you won't hit one for a while. Good job man and keep it up.
I've gone last night and today so far with no carbs, gonna try it until Sunday and see how I feel/look and take it from there. Need to put on that tanner on Friday so it'll pop out on Sunday instead of looking like baby oil, haha.
How did that sunday Shoulders/Bi routine go this weekend? You better believe I was up in that gym sunday afternoon doing the same workout!
Hope things are going good man and I'll get in touch with you here shortly.
WHAT UP BIG BOY!
Keep up the great work buddy, we gotta get ripped big time for when summer hits! You need to teach me how to do them shoulder shrugs man
How did that workout go the other day? Sorry I missed it man, but I think I'm ready to go again. The time off game me some needed rest to go back harder than ever.
