Well, the first gains only take a few months when I become serious. And then to get to my level take few years, but I was 160lbs and then gained 2lbs when I came here but lost almost 50 lbs because of digestive trouble due to guinea worms from water in my original country.. So I know whatis like be skinny...

Are you realy 6'3" and 16lbs? We same height. And believe me, I was skinny also..
