Every day: Cardio 20min, 5min warm up + 15min in end of work out
Mon: Lats & Upper Back & Lower Back
Tue: Chest & Abs
Wen: Quadriceps & Hamstrings & Calves
Thu: Biceps & Lats & Upper Back & Lower Back
Fri: Triceps & Chest & & Abs
Sat: Abs & Lower Back
Sun:Rest
