I just got back into weight training after few years of constant partying. I came to an end of the road... Looked in the mirror and saw a scary thing. There i came to realization of what i have become. It was time for a change, a major 180 degree change. In a year i have gained almost 50lbs of muscle. I want to become a fitness model in the future.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Injured ACL in my left knee. It took me almost 4 months before i could do any leg exercises.

Cool man I'm on a 12 week test cycle with a dymeth kicker and tail ending it with havoc. I'm 2 weeks in and my injection sites are sore as **** and I may have come down with the flu or test flu. I may drop the dymeth due to GI stress. Hit me up with a pm if u wanna talk about the run.
