I actually was dating someone who was really into working out. I started working out with him and ended up LOVING it! I am so impressed with people who can do body building/fitness shows. It takes so much time and effort. I wanted to do something for myself. So I started working out a lot more.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good inside and out. I feel better about myself, knowing I have put effort into my body. When people compliment me on my body, that makes me feel great too! I love getting feedback from people on what I am doing well on, and what I can do better with.
How I Stay Motivated:
This might sound really stupid but I think Jessica Biel and Kendra Wilkinson have sick bodies. I have a couple posters in my room that motivate me to get up and workout.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but hopefully that will change. I am learning a lot through NASM. I am studying to become a personal trainer. I would love to do a fitness show in the spring. Possibly Greek Physique at Northern Illinois University?
I want to tone and gain muscle. I want to get my cardio going and also learn how to do kickboxing.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain 7-8 pounds of muscle.
I want to tone my body and really work on my biceps, triceps and quads. I want to improve my body fat % to around 12-14%.
Good luck with becoming a personal trainer...I know how all that goes, and GOOD LUCK if you choose to do the Greek Physique at Northern Illinois University. I'm here for advice if you need it as I plan on doing a show this summer also. Have a good one!
hmmm...so when did you join the military? lol I'm going to be the "King" from Burger King. BTW, your profile pic is hot as hell! How are things going for you in the gym? STAY STRONG!
I didn't have a clue where anything was at so I didn't really have that much fun. I did my work, found a gym that I could work out at for the week and took it easy. I was getting up at 4:30 every morning so it's probably better that way.
