So I'm back in the sand box and I'm ready to really increase the weights! Yesterday, my first day back and I crashed soooo hard! Sleep was needed entirely and now hopefully I'm back on schedule! Today I will go to the gym regardless if I am tired or not!
Thats one very hard aspect...
how are ya man ? how is the lifting? I am lifting hardcore and loving it ! hope to hear from you soon .check out my 6 month in the gym , progress pics , would love your input .
hey bro new pics are up for me ! let me know what you think. my posture is off because of my leg rehab is still coming along . hope you are well .. BTW these pics are after 1 month of moderate lifting a few missed diet days and lifts ... how are you ? have not heard from you in a while
also my new program will be up at my forum and bodyspace/and bodyblog. New pics will go up as soon as I get a new camera. some idiot stole mine :( so watch for the plans in a few days! and pics in a few weeks. hope to hear from you soon
Wow man your physique is ripped and even more jacked then before . what have you been doing. I started a new program designed by my trainer it is a clean diet incorporating the foods you suggested and having MAX calories per day of 2000. I am doing HITs for cardio for 30 minutes 2x's a week and moderate to heavy weights 3x's a week for 45 minutes . I lost 5lbs already and the love handles are shrinking and the abs are just faintly beginning to appear
If you're trying to gain weight or maintain... that's no problem at all. It's a bit high on the sugar if your trying to lean out. But if you burning enough cals... could still be alright. Hope that helps.
One Day At a Time - such valuable words.. THANK YOU for stopping by my page, saying such things
Its people like you that keep me hype
I want to show results to my bodyspace buddies lol!

Hi Brandon! You've got a nice, lean, solid base to build on. Stay dedicated, and you'll see the results you want. Military training is most likely a great advantage going for you. And speaking of military, thanks for serving! I have a bro in the Navy...very courageous people, and you don't get thanked enough.
