How I Started:
I used to do ballet and was in art school, so i have been active my whole life. I just admire being strong and fit and strive towards that and being healthy
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong when i need it but being feminine and fit too. I like helping and inspiring others to make healthfull changes. And I luuuuve the pain from lifting weights!

Hi Yvette, yes I will compete on the 18th here in Pta, I guess you will be doing the Central Gauteng Regionals? Which catagory do you compete in? The prep is going ok, it is still early so no mood swings at his stage yet. And yourself?
