got my bodyfat measurement today down 1.2% to 11.9% im very happy after 6 weeks of progress from watching what i eat and having a treat !

Background

When I Started: Sep 2009
HOW I STARTED:

my friends were going to the gym all the time and i decided to go 1 day and never looked back!I LOVE IT!!!!now my friends dont go and im still keeping it going i maybe wil enter a contest next year my nephew is a upcoming junior bodybuilder his condition is great and im going to try do the same and build myself up to the best i can be!never let anyone put you down set your goals and try your hardest to make yourself happy!

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love the satisfaction of pushing myself to the limit to do as much as i can as ron coleman would say nutin but a peanut! ,i try my hardest and i feel pain but you all know no pain no gain!
