I wanted to get stronger to be able to protect myself and my loved ones and of course look better
Why I Love It:
It gives me confidence for everything, speaking to people, doing crazy things, standing up to people alittle bigger than me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing myself and the weight grow, grow and grow some more. I always look at myself and then think of how I'd be if I never started working out.
