I've always been into fitness/aerobics, but I was so thin and I really didn't appreciate my physique.
I finally found my way into a supplement store and saw a picture of the ever so famous "Penny Price" ~ I said, "Now, that's what I want to look like"! Hence, bought a book by Dr. Joyce Verdal and I haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love? Bodybuilding not only builds your body, but your mind. I find when I do something old or new, my mind is so much more focused on the "proper" way to approach it. Technique is key to success.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly take pictures of myself. I make sure if I don't see change, then I need to make that change; albeit in diet or routine.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting through a very bad motorcycle accident and coming back to the gym after I had seven broken bones. I'm back and I'm looking forward to do the Master's Nationals in 2009.

You are rock hard looking, chiseled granite. Incredible muscular physique. You are strong as an ox. Great job in the gym and very sexy.
Thanks, Catarina!! I've worked out since my early twenties (I'll be 40 next year)and teach group fitness but it has just been in the last year or so that I've looked toward competing. It is definitely the diet that makes all the difference!! Thanks for all the nice pic comments, too!!
I would LOVE to do bodybuilding but I lost so much muscle this year. Slowly but surely it's coming back!! When did you get into it? Thanks for all the nice pic comments!
