Hey congrats on the magazine deal and the sponsorship! It's good to see great things happen to great people! Oh yeh, I'm familiar with Xtend. The sweeteners in it have a bad effect on my stomach. I use a product called Endure. It has high levels of bcaa's along with the other amino's necessary to build muscle. It also contains 20 hydroxy ecdysone to maximize protein synthesis.

I have chuncky abs too which give the allusion that im fat or bloated, hahaha! for real man I guess I have to start running more, just can't with this compartment syndrome I have. waiting on surgery.
