Not bad, I took 6 months off gym after rugby season, prem rugby burned me out on training and I lost 9kg, but im back to 104kg and lifts are about 5-10% from where they were,
Going for 110kg beast mode for next footy season haha
Yeh I remember Earl Mindel the vitamin guru did a study on the absorbtion of different multivitamins and 98% of them were garbage except for usana and source naturals life force multi. I do believe you they are a tried and true company and who wouldn't want to be all about living pain free? One thing about natural shows, you don't need as much mass as you may think, they like you to be a s shredded as possible, speaking from experience.
Hey man. Im guessing you're the same nick off NZBB? The training is going as well as it can go with 1 broken arm haha. Weight was plateaued at 66.5 until yesterday. Finally got my diet back on track after being forced to take 2 months off. Looking at 72kg+ by the end of 09. Hows the training and competitions going?
Yeah I think my training program is pretty good, seems to have done the job so far, I'm going to start with my diet, and if that doesn't change it then I guess its my program. I'm in Gissy brah
Oh sure I've heard of USANA. I believe they have some the most bio-available multivatamins on the planet. I would like to do a show next year but I won't plan on it because anytime I plan on doing a show I end up injured or something bad happens, LOL! I will ready when the time comes. Do you have any shows coming up?

Training is going great thanks. Still managing to fit my workouts into my busy schedule of NCEA exams which are currently on. Couple more weeks and I should be able to be a lot more consistent. Hope your training is going well.
Hey bro how is evertthing! Your looking shredded, great work! Well I was side tracked with a back injury and then parathyroid surgery so now I'm in the process of trying to get back to a normal routine since I'm finally recovered.
Hey matey, just getting back into training after being on placement for a month and feeling real depressed seeing how much I've lost since I stopped lol. I should gain it back within a few weeks though, Uni gym is real quiet now which is sweet.
