How I Started:
I went on a 6 month deployment and did not have much else to do. A lot of my co-workers were working out so I decided to give it a shot.
Why I Love It:
Overall good feeling afterward and seeing the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading magazines/articles on success stories and keeping my workouts fresh by trying new exercises.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from being 212lbs to 170 lbs during the 6 month deployment and have maintained the weight loss while increasing muscle mass.
