How I Started:
I've been off and on since my junior year of high school. Been through a few rough patches and have taken many breaks from the weights. But I'm back, and hopefully will stick with this longer than a semester.. lol.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting heavier weights every week. I'll never be perfect, and will always have something to strive for!

I'd like to be at about 16-17% body fat, somewhere between 130-140lbs. I want to be lean and strong, but still have a feminine figure. I've broken down into smaller goals:
19% by Oct 31
18% by Nov 15
17% by Nov 30
I feel great. its been a struggle but I'm finally starting to feel like i'm living the fitness lifestyle like i used to. i've been getting to the gym and controlling meals this week. I love when i have a set plan to follow - i'm either planning my meals down to the hour, or randomly consuming...
I hear ya, If you look at my friends I lift every day in the rec with angry hulk and ccathe and sometimes ghudler. The training partners definately help. Where do ya'll tailgate usually?
