How I Started:
I've been an insanely skinny dude for the majority of my life. A day never passed by where I wasn't reminded about my body composition. I looked as if I was 16 yrs old at age 19. It was at this time that I felt as if something needed to change.
Why I Love It:
Lifting weights has taught me a lot about my physical, as well as mental capabilities. When you're at the bottom of a squat, and have 3 reps to go your body is telling you to stop, but your mind is saying "**** the pain". I love the mental toughness.
How I Stay Motivated:
Usually, I work out in very baggy clothes to avoid getting too confident. Whenever the clothes start fitting a little, I know I'm doing something right.
BB Accomplishments:
My major lifts have gone up considerably in the past few months, but most importantly my mental stamina has gone through the roof!
