Ok so heres the thing, I'm going to be going to Florida for a week, and won;t be able to work out or follow my diet 100%, but I don't want to totally screw up my progress...I will be drinking alcohol and eating out a decent amount (cuz i mean come on its vacation)...any one have any tips or...

Ya i just got to go to pre-judging.. was good though gave me a chance to get some studying in on the poses. There was guy there i thought was you - i even went up and asked -LOL so in your last 2 weeks before your show - how did you feel overall?
