I have been lifting since my high school football days. Once I got married...I got fat! I want to shed bodyfat and build lean muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love how weightlifting works. I especially enjoy body mechanics and testing my body's response to training and supplementation. It isn't me against the guy just getting off the bench, its me against me. Maybe I lift more weight today than yesterday, maybe 1 more rep, maybe more intensity. Just the same I will be victorious over me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing and feeling the results.
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishments in bodybuilding. I have made some good gains in strength.
