I always want to be in the best shape. I started back in middle school and i've loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me feel, it keeps me going. Watching people look at me and telling me how good of shape I'm in. I love pushing my body to its limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing what I went through with spinal surgery and letting myself know that I can do anything anyone else can, even with a rod in my back. Looking back at myself after surgery and looking at myself now It helps motivate me.
BB Accomplishments:
Post surgery I was 130 pounds and had almost no muscle, now almost 2 years later I'm 150 pounds and in much better shape.

youngtchanged Weight from 175 lbs. to 180 lbs., a 5 lb. gain in 51 days
Ever since I've had surgery I've wanted to show people that I can lift. My family and the doctors told me that I shouldn't lift weights, but I waited a year after surgery and picked up the weights once again. My goal is to now get stronger and I'm currently in a weight training class at school.
i read about how he had scoliosis and that they said he should never lift weights. i had the same thing but actually ended up having a spinal fusion with rods. the doctors told me the same thing they told him but i've continued to lift weights and it nice to see another guy on here all natural and with so many problems in such great shape!!
hey bro, how's it going? nice pics. good progress you have there especially for your age. Keep it up. Also I weigh 170lbs. Would you mind giving me a piggyback ride?
Thanks for accepting! Your muscles look solid, defined and ready to become as huge as you want! Specially back, arms, pecs and ABS! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
