eat lots of protein and calories
2.drink 4-8 bottles of water that is going to put weight on you water wt
3.get atleast 8 hours of sleep. you can more when you body is resting.
4.lift every other day.
monday train, back,shoulders,and chest
tuesday and thursday train legs and calves
wednesday train, arms,tricep,and chest to get more definition
on weekends do cardio, like ride you bike or work on abs
do 3 sets 12-15 reps for each workout
that should do
