Overall Goal: 2010 contest season is fast approaching...I plan to step onstage again in 2010...BIGGER & BETTER than ever before. I want to maintain my current weight (220) and get lean - means gaining lean muscle while destroying the fat. Let's get to it!!!

How I Started:
I was active duty stationed in Europe and got an invite to a show. I knew nothing about bodybuilding. I read Muscle and Fitness and played sports. I will never forget the day Charlie Corollo showed me how to pose and said you can stand on stage tomorrow. I bought the wrong oil and trunks, but put together the best 90 sec routine...LOL... I placed 4th in Light Heavy with no dieting or training or even preparation and I've been hooked since then.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me balanced emotionally and physically....also I like helping others and it is interesting to keep up with science and physics, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
My body needs the gym so when I'm out I feel it...Bodyspace also keeps me motivated...
BB Accomplishments:
Top 5 at the 2005 INBF amateur World competition...my second contest with only 4 weeks of dieting.

Goal (Long):
I wanna be lean by New Year's Eve & bring up my delts, chest, and quads. Quality size and more detail...Enhance the V-taper. My goal is to make National's / Team Universe in 2010 which will be my first year competing in the NPC. This means gaining lean mass and maintaining/building more muscle is detrimental. I am looking forward to the new development as well as seeing most of you guys on the circuit....and fitting back in to my 2-3x shirts.
This guy embodies the essence of teh look I want (of course I want to be bigger). He makes me miss my abs and the pics I used to take (LOL)....looks like a walking "all encompassing" advertisement. THAT's MY GOAL!!!! WIN SHOWS and be an inspiration...

Why I like this video: Kai Greene has an awesome physique. I think that mine is similar although a lot smaller (for now). I also like the way he displays his unique physique and would like to mimic this new form of art and physical presentation...as best I can.

Everything is going well. Preparing for Christmas and food for the night. Excited i see a small buldge in my arms so I think a lil muscle is trying to come. Yea!!

Well if you cant tell by the pics i placed in the top 15 in my class which i am very happy of, especially at Nationals. Got few changes to do next yr but i'll be in top 5 then. Hows training going??
