How I Started:
I have been working out on and off since July 2008 but only started trying to get bigger as of February this year. So far I'm not making as much progress as I would like! I need a gym buddy!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good on the inside and look good on the outside!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I take progress pictures, talk to people online and look at pictures. Occasionally buy magazines too

If you want send me your diet and supplement program and I can help review it and offer an outside opinion. how about your training right now, how long are you doing weight, an hour, 90 mins? any cardio? what's the split like? be happy to help.
