I have consistently let life get in my way of my personal desires. I know for certain I am now on my journey towards better health. The body that comes along with it will be an added bonus. You see, my goal is not only to look good. My REAL desire in life is to feel healthy, and carry that into my old age... although getting ripped along the way will be nice.

Know what you want, and don't be afraid to fall down trying to get there. We all have our own path that we must take, and blazing your own trail is half the fun!
It's a motto I have taken to heart. Yes, a silly line from a movie many of us have grown to love, but it has become so much more to me. Dory, the forgetfull one, knew that no matter what you are up against, you just have to keep on swimming....
the exact thing happened to me i just started over. i couldnt finish any of them for the first week or two its a helleva program i was stoked as hell when i finished it just to say i could finish it lol good luck and keep trying it never gets easy but its possible lol.
Hey man, I'm glad to hear your back into training, way to go! I know, this is my first year of notfalling off the wagon during the holidays. I sed to put on an easy 20 lbs almost every winter. Not good weight either! LOL!
No you really need to have cardio + weights + diet. One by itself won't work, you really need all three. I have everything spelled out in my transf story.
