How I Started:
I signed up for weight lifting because, I was a small kid and I took out my frustrations in the gym...I started lifting lightly with my dad in Ashland's world headquarters gym around 2005.
Why I Love It:
The pump just like Arnold said, and the release of all the stress I get when lifting or doing Crossfit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do not let my mind control my body I fight past the pain with a little hooyah and feel better afterwards
BB Accomplishments:
Maxing at 405 lbs. on the hack squat. Getting to 170lbs and not as a fat kid.
Today I weighed in at 175 lbs. I was benching as usual at the end of my workout. My bench has gone up a lot recently. It has been a major focus of mine because it helps with my pushups. Today, I finally benched my body weight at the end of my workout. 175. Lbs. 10 times. I am like a little kid....
I try to get in the gym 5 to 6 times a week. Being in school from 9 AM till 8 PM makes my workout schedule erratic at best. I always do some for of cardio on Wednesdays for our Navy PT here at eglin. Usually it is a run swim run of a 3 mile run a 800 yard swim and a 15 mile run. One other time...
