How I Started:
Mainly girls I was tired of being skinny. I felt so small but I was always naturally strong so when I first entered the gym, my body changed in a month. Been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I feel like Im on top of the world when I train. I just love the pain for some odd reason. The burning sensation you get when your pounding out reps.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its my crack and Im hooked and want let go.

Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
Place third in the novice heavy weight. Now time to step it up I know what I have to do.
Goal (Long):
Overall muscle mass. I want to keep my small waist with about a 30lb gain of muscle. Need more separation in quads. I want a better sweep, bigger and better hams and calves. I also want my spine erectors to be more define so I got to step it up in my deadlifts Overall I am well rounded just want to keep everthing in check with each other.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb

I know that roids go hand and hand with bodybuilding but give me a break.  Im a lil guy anyway. Ok I was ok with everyone thinking I took steriods.  But now it is pissing me off I dont take anything nor do I care who takes it.  I just had a close friend that did not believe me which is why...
