I got tired of being just regular or average. I wanted a body to be proud of and had been down on myself a bit about adding on some pounds. I decided that the best way to gain self confidence and the physique I desire was to come up with a meal plan, and workout plan and stick with it. Discipline is the key.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good, like you accomplished something and it is something positive that helps you be proud of yourself and is a step in the right direction. Your body is a temple.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how I want to look and how I have looked at my lowest. I never want to be there. I also imagine how great it would be to hop out the shower in front of my girlfriend and be all nice and cut/defined. lol...simple pleasures.
Main thing to remember is that no matter who you look up to, they all started where we are. The difference is, will you stick with it and give your all.

Just getting started. Making my workout plan, cardio plan and diet plan!! Just joining the website is good.

Goal (Long):
I have always wantd to have a six pack and chiseled chest. I had a 4 pack in college (early years) but I picked up lots of bad eating habits and grew lazy. I always wanted to have a really nice, toned, muscular physique. I do not want to be bodybuilder big but i want a good sized body and to be shredded. I need help finding different ways to eat vegetables (dont like thm). To lose fat around abs, and have a more defined, cut midsection. To transform chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps to muscle and be more defined. I am trying to find the best ways to use supplements and acheive a body i will be proud of.
I just joined BodySpace and I am feeling pretty good about this website. This site seems more about people who are trying to better themselves both internally and externally. I look forward to gaining tips from fellow beginners as well as seasoned veterans. Any ideas or tips on recovering...
