Ah. I could have done with some venting about 20min ago. Had a fight with my bf while we were out jogging. He didn't think I was trying hard enough, but I was just about to collapse from the heat. He just peeled an orange for me so i could recover/peace offering. 5 miles is pretty long, I've yet to run that long myself. Just read yr blog - OUCH!
Hi! It's still only 1:50pm on Tuesday here in Australia, but so far today has been good, took my son to the pool.
Well done on the run, must have felt great.
I ate like crazy. I enjoyed just relaxing. It was nice. I am ready to get back on the grind. Today has gone well so far. I am eating peanut butter thinking about what I will eat for dinner.
Good job on the run! I ran a little today too, nothing extensive just a mile warm up before my workout and then 4 quarter mile sprints between sets and a mile cool down. Don't think I am ready for distance quite yet, still pretty achey when I start running. Did you sign up for your race yet? When will it be?
