I've been pretty much off my game man, lost weight. But previously I was just eating lean sandwiches (turkey or tuna), everything wheat, weight gainer..I fell off though
My diet makes me leaner, but it doesn't change very much though...on special occasions like thanxgiving, I throw my diet out of the window for that time...lol

Well I just try to get a gram of protein for each pound of body weight and about 300 grams of carbs and about 60 to 80 grams of fat these days because im bulking. What about yourself??
You know i honestly never really work my legs. I just started about 3 weeks ago. They're really small and week. Its just definition left over from when i used to run i think.
Yo, Wzup? Progress is slow. My school schedule limits my workouts to just 2-3days per week now. Your progress is very noticable though bro. Great work you've been putting in. Lower abs, waist, & shoulders look more defined. Stay on it! Linc.

wassup!ive been hitting the weights off and on since 2001..i really need to work on my legs though..i"m strong for my size..can hit 315ib 4sets of 6...but my legs wont grow..there sturborn foreal..but my new task is to build up to a whopping 185ibs...i should look sick at that size i never been over 155ibs.my natural weight is between 146-151ibs...so im looking forward on reaching that goal so got any tips for me?i see that you getting right too..so share some of your knowledge..later
Thank bro, yeah legs are the worst! I just started hitting my legs 2 months ago. The good news is that they grow really quickly compared to upper body muscles. Are you taking any supplements?--Linc
Thanks man. My bread and butter is definitely squat. Sometimes I hold for 3 seconds on the descent. It makes your legs rock. Then I just hit leg press, extensions, and curls. Just heavy and high rep. 12-15.
For arms I dedicate an entire day to bicepts and tricepts serperately. Same with shoulders. I try not to combine muscle groups, just can't get as good a workout if I do that.
