When I Started:
Oct, 2007
How I Started:
It was just in my blood.I just had to learn how to.I can remember watching weight lifting programs on TV when I was really young.I may be mistaken but I believe it was Shawn Ray that I watched.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a pusrpose and it takes dedication which gives me structure. And love seeing the results and I know it can only be done by hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my results and it gives a feeling of self achievment something that I chose to do and not something that I have to do.And that's not something you can go out and buy.
BB Accomplishments:
I was around 170lbs when I really dedicated myself to weight training and now I'm at 195lbs.It has been a long process but it is well worth it.
I have always been lean.Getting cuts was never a problem for me but gaining mass has always been.Recently I changed the way I lift and I changed my protein shake.I have gained more than 10 pounds but I haven't checked my bodyfat which I'm sure has gone up.Losing that won't be a problem for me but I don't want to lose my size. And I need to get more mass on my legs and calves because I mainly concentrated on my upperbody. This is my last month to gain as much mass as possible so I have to really focus on that.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
Upcoming Contest:
Bodyspace 50,000 Transformation Contest

LoL, I coulda sworn I responded to this already. But I guess not.
Anywho, I'm not really looking for bulk anymore. I'm going for a more lean and muscular look. Its kinda hard for me to explain. but.... more of the modelesque long torso'd look. I have so much work to do.
How's youre training been comin?
Well I"m not really looking to gain mass anymore really. Im more focused on staying lean. but building my strength. I have a certain look I'm going for. That requires I stay lean LoL. Hows your training been going so far?
